This included not only the initial evaluation and estimate, but also installation (which was not a vanilla install), through post installation to resolve issues to our satisfaction. Their staff were professional and courteous at all times, and were respectful of our home. We purchased a relatively new product on the market, so it took a few attempts to arrive at the perfect pitch, but we couldn’t be happier with the product and the experience with Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar.
