Action AC, one of San Diego’s favorite HVAC companies supports the local community by donating computers to Computers2Kids.
San Diego, CA, United States – A San Diego HVAC company and the winner of last year’s San Diego Union-Tribune Readers’ Poll, Action AC is giving back to the community during this challenging time. Due to the closure of schools in San Diego County, some children no longer have access to computers and the internet and can not afford to purchase them.
Computers2Kids is a San Diego charitable organization that aims to provide at least one computer to all families with children so that they can continue their education even during the pandemic. Action AC has provided a number of computers that the organization is set to distribute to those in need, ensuring that those children can attend school, as well as access the wider world of information and fun outside the traditional school.
“Action AC has always believed in giving back to the community. As a local company, we work mostly with our neighbors, and keeping good relationships with our neighbors is particularly important to us,” – says Brian Amodio, the CEO of the company. Mr. Amodio continues: “This particular example is very close to our hearts since we really believe that computer literacy is essential in this tech-oriented world, and ensuring that as many children get the opportunity to educate themselves and reach higher should be everyone’s goal.”
