Our place had some difficulties, so it took three days to install instead of one. I liked Adam. And the heater works great.
(Updating my review to give a complete picture) Was interested in installing a heat pump at my home. Sales representative visited us and explained all the options clearly. He sounded very knowledgeable re: the systems. He also gave us advice on the ...old-style vents we had. As we were not ready for the installation and we asked for a verbal estimate and formal quote. The rep. gave me a verbal number but, he did not send the formal one. Also, the rep did not respond to my text reminder. The rep suggested that he will put me in touch with the solar rep but he never did. Now that we are getting solar panels from some other installer, I will not employ Action Air for heat pump.Read More...
